We are conveniently located in the central United States.  We hope this will shorten shipping time.

We try to ship order the same day unless out of stock.  You will be promptly notified of any back orders or discountinued items by e-mail in your order update field.  

We ship UPS or FedEx.  We charge $11.95 for all orders (Continental US only).  Orders going 3-day select will be $29.95, 2-day select will be $59.95 and call for pricing on order being shipped next day air.  All express shipping must be placed by 1:00pm CST to ship that same day.  You will receive an email from Quantum View with your tracking number and a link to track your order if the product was not drop shipped to you.

All APO, FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii orders will ship Priority Mail and be charged actual shipping charges. Non US orders shipping will be calculated at the time of the order.  We charge actual shipping rates on all international orders and ship them Globial Express thru our US Post Office.  Please use the International Shipping option when checking out.  If you would like to know the shipping cost, please email or call us to calculate your shipping cost.  All International Orders will be shipped Global Express Only. 

Contact Customer Service at 800-658-4398.  In the event that you have received damaged products, or missing products, or have received the wrong product. We will make every effort to correct any errors on our part.

Returns will be accepted. Refunds can only be credited to your credit card or account (allow 2 weeks for processing) if returned within 30 days and only on those products in new, "resellable" condition.  Returns made after 30 Days will receive store credit only.  Returns may be subject to a 15% Re-Stocking Fee.  Postage will not be refunded. Please send all return items to Discount Western Wear - 143 N Main Street - Valentine Ne 69201.  Please enclose a note in the package.  We will take care of the shipping back to the customer on the 1st exchange.  The customer is responsible for the shipping on the second exchange both to and from us.
